CHIP GAZZOLA
Along with his seven siblings, Chip was born and raised in Minnesota before attending law school at the University of Oregon. He began lawyering in Minnesota in 1984, before returning to Oregon in 1988. Ever since, he has practiced family law, mostly in and around the Portland metro area and in Southwest Washington. Last count, he had worked in 21 Oregon and nine Washington counties. He is a former chair of the Family Law section of the Oregon State Bar. He has volunteered as a pro tem Court Commissioner in Clark County WA and is previously served as a pro tem Settlement Conference Judge in Multnomah County. Now that his three children are fully launched, he has more time for other interests, including soccer, golf and cribbage. Fortunately for Chip, his partner of 30 years enjoys cooking and in return, he cleans a mean kitchen.
NICOLE WARREN
Nicole is proud to have been born and raised in the Pacific Northwest. After attending college in Colorado at the Colorado College, Nicole spent a few years in New York City before returning back to her roots in Portland. Since 2005, she’s called Portland home and graduated from Lewis and Clark law school in 2009. Prior to law school, Nicole worked in the music industry as a freelance journalist and even booked shows at the Doug Fir Lounge for a bit. These days, Nicole has 3 lovely kids to mess up her house plus a 150 pound mastiff/st.bernard who thinks he’s a person. She also runs a natural wine business on the side with her fiancé, Charlie, so if you need some wine recommendations, she can help there too.
